What kinds of vehicles can I rent?

15 Passenger Vans, Mini-Vans and/or Premium SUV’s. Other vehicle types available by request.

When will I be charged for my rentals?

When you choose your type of vehicle(s), check out date, return date and location, your vehicles will be reserved right away.  All payments are due at least 3 weeks (21 days) in advance of your check out date. Payment includes all taxes and fees.  Cancellation within 1 week of your check out dates will result in a $75 per vehicle processing fee unless cancellation insurance was purchased on each vehicle ($25 each).

Charges do not include any additional gas, additional insurance, incidental fees for add-ons or upgrades at time of check out and return.

What if I have questions about charges that appear on my rental agreement?

The following information will help you to understand your rental agreement and clarify any charges.

Your rental agreement shows charges for all optional items (insurance, gasoline, upgrades, extensions, ski-racks, cell phones, etc.) you elect to take at the rental counter, and you are typically required to initial by them when you pick up your car. These charges are in addition to the cost of your rental.

We do not have access to the actual rental contract you signed at the counter or any additional charges the rental car company billed to you based on that contract. If you have questions about any of the charges on your rental, you will need to contact the rental car company directly.

What do I need to bring when I pick up my rental car?

You should have three things when you arrive to pick-up your rental car:

  1. A valid U.S. driver’s license or a valid driver’s license from your country of residence and an International Driver’s Permit.
  2. You vehicle rental reservation #’s
  3. A valid major credit card with available credit.  A debit card that has a MasterCard or Visa logo is accepted but also needs to have available credit as the rental company requires this as a security deposit on the car. The driver(s) will also need available credit if they choose to purchase optional add-on items.  

*You will not be charged more than previously paid with ABC Sports Vans unless you upgrade or add-on items or return without fueling up*

Can I cancel/change my reservation/itinerary?

Yes, simply visit the change or cancel reservation section on our site and select the Cancel/Change Reservation link.  You will need your reservation number(s) and email address used when reserving your vehicles.

Can I reserve a vehicle for someone else?

You can submit a request for a quote and reservation of a vehicle that someone else will be driving as long as you provide at least one name of the driver(s) to hold the reservation under.  Please make sure that the driver(s) meet the minimum age requirements.

Where can I find my itinerary or get a receipt?

You can find your itinerary on your invoice to pay in your email from us.  You can get your receipt from your email as well or simply email us at sportvanrentals@gmail.com for help

Can I get a one-way Rental?

Yes, you can book a vehicle with a different pick-up and drop-off location known as a “one-way” rental.  One-way reservations are currently limited to airport location only. There will also be a “drop-off” fee applied to your reservation.
